Shabbat Dinner

Shabbat is a great way to end your first week at Eckerd College. We'll light candles, make Kiddush and you will experience Mindy's homemade Challah. It's delicious.
Ceremony of Lights
Date: Friday, August 14th
Location: MacArthur Physical Education Center
Time: 5:30 PM
The annual Ceremony of Lights is an Eckerd tradition that marks the beginning of academic life for every Eckerd student.
All students gather in the McArthur Physical Education Center. After a formal welcome and an address from President Jim Annarelli, students affirm the Honor Pledge and receive the flame from the Lamp of Knowledge. It is a moving event to mark the beginning of your Eckerd College experience.
Hillel Pizza Dinner

Join Hillel for a delicious pizza dinner, meet new friends and learn about all that Hillel has to offer. The Cafe food is delicious, but ours is FREE!
