Ally Willen '16  ×–"ל

Ally's Way is dedicated to the memory of Ally Willen '16, who was killed in a tragic hiking accident while studying abroad.  Ally was beloved by everyone who knew her.  She was the SATO (Social Action/Tikkun Olam) Chair of the Hillel Board and lived to do good for others.  She was a passionate environmentalist, loved animals and traveled the world on service projects to gain a greater understanding and respect for people of different cultures and nationalities.  She volunteered in the United States, Africa and South America helping underprivileged children, convicts, animals, the environment and more.  Ally was a kind, gentle, loving, compassionate & passionate young woman who is missed by everyone who knew her.  In her short 20 years, Ally experienced more of life than most of us do in two lifetimes. In her brief span, she did more good for more people than most people three times her age."Ally's Way" is Hillel's and Scubi Jew's way of keeping her memory and inspiration alive at Eckerd College.

Ally's parents, Todd and Michelle Willen have created the Live Like Ally Foundation to keep Ally's legacy of service alive.
